Left with certain skills of a supernatural bent from her encounter with the notorious Transylvanian count and her husband confined by the same to the duties of a househusband, Mina Harker hires herself out as an investigator. When the progressive technology of the Victorian era threatens to leave the earth uninhabitable, she is summoned to #10 Downing Street to observe a spiritualist’s survey of the other planets of the solar system in search of a new home for humanity.
